Adrian Harris

Adrian is a Portfolio Director at Pembroke, having joined the team in June 2024. Adrian began his career as an investment banker at Lazard Brothers and Co in London, where he gained expertise in financial markets and M&A. For the past nine years he has served as a managing director at Oakley Capital, working on a range of internal and philanthropy projects.

Over his career, Adrian co-founded and served as COO of Bluewater Bio, an award-winning water and wastewater treatment solutions provider where he played a key role for eight years in steering the company toward success internationally. He also authored two 5 star-rated software add-ins for Microsoft Office, and more recently is the creator of thankU Cashless Tipping which enables clients to use their phone to tip their hairdressers in salons. His extensive entrepreneurial venture experience aligns perfectly with his new role at Pembroke.
