New Investment: Pembroke VCT has invested £3 million in the rapidly growing activewear brand TALA. This investment, part of a £5 million funding round, will support TALA’s international expansion and innovative product lines. Founder Grace Beverley and CEO Morgan Fowles have scaled TALA significantly, expanding into new markets and categories.
Exits: We are excited to announce the sale of our shareholding in BOAT International Media, which has seen significant growth across its print, events, digital, and data businesses. This successful exit reflects our commitment to delivering long-term stable capital growth for our investors.
