Results announcement
The Company’s directors are pleased to attach the Company’s annual report and financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2023. The highlights include:
· Net asset value total return per share of 145.1p (-3.9% in the year and +8.2% over two years)
· Net asset value per share of 115.1p
· £216.1m fund size
· 5.0 pence dividend per share (£8.3m) in the year to March 2023 (7.0 pence per share in the year to March 2022)
· 2.5 pence per share dividend (£4.7m) declared after the March 2023 financial year end and paid in May 2023
· Continued target annual dividend of 5.0 pence per share with additional dividends from investment realisations
· £5.9m share buyback completed in April 2023
