Patricia El Jichi

Patricia El Jichi is an Investment Manager at Pembroke, having joined the team in July 2026. She is involved across the full investment lifecycle, from deal origination through to investment execution and long-term strategic support.

Before joining Pembroke, she spent four years investing in tech start-ups and spinouts at Ada Ventures, SIS Ventures and, most recently, PXN / Par Equity. Prior to venture capital, she spent over a decade at international financial institutions including Citigroup and J.P. Morgan, providing institutional service, advice and execution across asset classes to ultra-high-net-worth clients.

Patricia holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from HEC Montréal Business School and is a CFA Charterholder.

Outside of work, you’ll find her in a Lagree reformer class, on the tennis court, or scouting out the next brunch spot worth queuing for.
