Notice of Annual General Meeting

Notice is hereby given that the thirteenth annual general meeting of Pembroke VCT plc will be held at 12.00 noon on Wednesday, 16 September 2026 at 223-231 Old Marylebone Road, London NW1 5QT for the purpose of considering and, if thought fit, passing the following resolutions (of which, resolutions 1 to 9 will be proposed as ordinary resolutions andresolutions 10 to 12 will be proposed as special resolutions).
