Pembroke VCT has invested £2.5m in CybaVerse, having co-led the £5m funding round alongside Airbridge Equity Partners, with participation from Haatch.
Founded in 2018, CybaVerse is a UK-based cybersecurity platform focused on simplifying and operationalising security for small and mid-sized enterprises and channel partners. Its platform, CybaOps, consolidates vulnerability management, security operations, automation and remediation workflows into a single, modular system designed to reduce complexity and improve response outcomes. The business serves both direct mid-market customers and a growing network of managed service provider (MSP) partners, enabling scalable, recurring revenue through a channel-led model.
The acquisition of SecureAck has strengthened CybaVerse’s automation and alert orchestration capabilities, accelerating product development and enhancing its AI-assisted remediation workflows. CybaVerse continues to invest in product innovation and partner expansion as it scales recurring revenues and positions itself as a differentiated security operations platform for the mid-market.
