Andy Hall

Andy joins Pembroke as an Investment Manager where he works closely with founders throughout the investment process, from diligence through to long-term strategic support, helping scale ambitious, high-potential businesses.

He is an ACCA-qualified accountant with over 10 years’ experience supporting UK SMEs. Prior to Pembroke, Andy spent several years at BDO, where he worked across two key teams. Initially, in the Outsourced Accounting team, he delivered management accounts, ensured statutory compliance, and implemented cloud finance systems.

Later, in the Growth Capital Advisory team, he supported tech and tech-enabled businesses in raising up to £10 million from venture capital, private equity, and venture debt investors.

Outside of work, Andy enjoys running, restoring old cars, or trying to play the guitar.
