Founded in 2019 by the team that built and exited Workshare, Mindset AI uses Artificial Intelligence to provide the infrastructure for SaaS and technology companies to build, manage and deploy custom conversational AI agents that integrate directly into their products. Unlike basic chatbots that only answer questions, Mindset-AI-powered agents take actions transforming static data and content into interactive tools, taking actions and surfacing the right interaction, such as book meetings, surface live data and process transactions. The company leverages deep vertical domain experience to provide tailored AI agent solutions for learning and workforce development, HR and talent acquisition companies, as well as expanding into the travel and technology sectors.
