Stefania Ponzo joins as Portfolio Director and Angus Nodder as Investment Associate

Pembroke VCT plc, the venture capital trust focused on building the businesses of tomorrow, has expanded the team with the appointment of Stefania Ponzo as Portfolio Director and Angus Nodder as Investment Associate, effective 4 May and 1 June respectively. These new appointments follow Pembroke VCT’s £40m record fundraise.

Stefania will be working alongside Andrew Wolfson (CEO), focusing on existing investments within the Pembroke VCT portfolio.

Stefania has twelve years’ experience in venture capital funds and private banking. She has sector expertise within health-tech, consumer services and SaaS business models, having previously worked at Coutts and Downing LLP. Most recently she held the position of Investment Principal at Pi Labs.

Angus Nodder joins from Ruffer LLP where he held the position of Investment Associate. Angus will work within the Pembroke VCT investment team evaluating and transacting new opportunities.
